Treaty (excerpts).
- What method must practice to get the release?
can only be achieved by sudden awakening.
- What is the sudden awakening? Sudden
means getting rid of a single blow of all thought wrong. The Awakening is to realize that the Awakening is not something you can achieve.
- What is the starting point of practice?
have to start from the root.
- What is the root?
The root is the mind. (...)
- How to achieve the awakening sudden? What is your goal, its nature and how to get it?
Its aim is to stop the flow of thoughts and not be disturbed more by the illusions, whatever. Its nature is purity, and wisdom, the way to obtain it.
- As far as stopping the flow of thoughts what should abstain? The
wrong thinking, not just thinking.
- Think in terms of existence and nonexistence is called thought wrong. Refrain from thinking this way is just thinking. Stay on right and wrong is wrong, not adhering to them is fair. Also be perturbed by sadness or joy, the birth or death, acceptance or rejection, pleasure or displeasure, here's the wrong thinking. Failure to follow these ideas, this is is just thinking.
- Could you define more clearly the mind right?
just thinking and thinking is not only in the Awakening.
- The Awakening is available?
No.
- If one is not, how can you talk to think only in the Awakening?
Awakening itself has only a relative value. In fact it has never been nor will be achieved. Since there is nothing to attain, it may be a matter of thought. So that the Awakening is not something that we thought could lean on, because essentially they are based on nothing. The expression "not be a matter of thinking" applies to all the false notions of which I speak, not just names, useful only in certain circumstances. All stem from the unique substance in the living differences and diversities. Being aware of your own mind without attachment to any thought naturally leads to the release.
