online tools should not be obfuscated, it is important to understand that they serve so that we can use the content we produce and we get from other sources. There is to be feared, but neither should we think they can do more than what we can program them to do. Think content first, then how you will create your inventory, carefully selecting your categories of classification. No categories neutral, nor are there categories perfect, but there are categories and ways of organizing information are more useful than others.
